1. Presentations: This page is for you to upload your groups' ppt presentation.
Revisiting the PowerPoints will enable you to complete the required reflection for step 2 below and also prepare you for your term paper. Remember to reconsider the notion of what it means to be reflective as discussed in our very first seminar (can you remember this?) - don't retell, summarise or recount - but dig deep into your own thinking and gather what it is your now understand, now intend to change, or now want to better understand about the role of ELT.
2.Reflections on the presentations: This page requires action that replaces physical attendance at the final class for EDUC7401 you are asked to:
(i) Offer a reflection (paragraph) on two presentations other than your own (you are not evaluating the presentation - you have already done that in your peer reflections, you are instead thinking about what the presentation stimulated in your thinking)
Address the question -'In what way did this presentation deepen your understanding, raise your awareness or arouse your interest in issues related to your role as an ELT inside the educational system of Hong Kong'?
(ii) In addition you are to response, offer extension ideas or constructively challenge the reflective comments of three other participants' contributions (place in brackets your student number before your comment so that I can note who has responded)
